What is it?
The Charm City Pride Pump is a joyful lift party raising funds for local queer and trans communities.
Join us for an inclusive lifting event, curated community resources, raffle items from local businesses and artists, and a overall celebration of resilience, joy, and collective power.
Costumes encouraged. Beginners welcome. Strength is collective.

The first annual Charm City Pride Pump will take place on Saturday September 12th, 2026 starting at 1:00PM at 410 Fitness.
410 Fitness is Located in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore, just a short walk from the Woodberry Light Rail stop and about a 10 minute walk from Roosevelt Park.

The Push:
Bench Press
Imagine if an inclusive strength competition and a pride party collided into one huge event… You’re now picturing the Charm City Pride Pump.
Participants will be placed into lifting groups of four based on their submitted opener and estimated one-rep max. We welcome athletes of all abilities, sizes, and gender identities. Your heaviest successful lift will count as your final score.
We will be cheering each other on, celebrating big lifts, and raising money to support Baltimore Safe Haven.
